CAGI4 Logistics, Accommodation and Transportation
We welcome participants to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. We especially encourage abstracts that present methods which were used for predictions on the CAGI 4 challenges.
Conference registration is now open. Regular registration will be accepted until March 10. There is a 10% discount on registration for ISCB members. Space in the conference is limited, therefore early registration is strongly advised.
Conference admission is open to all participants of the CAGI experiment, as well as sponsors. Participants are individuals who were predictors, assessors, data providers, CAGI advisory board or scientific council members, or CAGI organizers. Observers will also be accommodated, depending upon space availability and anticipated contributions to the meeting. (If an observer has registered and was not admitted, then the registration fee will be refunded in full.)
Fellowships are available to assist with the costs of some US citizen trainees (students and postdocs) through an NHGRI R13 award. The deadline for fellowship applications is 10 March 2016.

Location
The CAGI 4 meeting will be held at Genentech Hall on the UCSF Mission Bay campus in San Francisco, California, USA on 25-27 March 2016. See below for transportation options.
Timing
The meeting will run all day on 25- 27 March 2016. An outline of the schedule with daily start and end times can be found below. All the events will take place at Genentech Hall on the UCSF Mission Bay campus. The program will be provided soon.
Transportation
The public transportation system (Muni and BART) is an effective and functional way to travel within San Francisco. The UCSF Mission Bay campus is best reached by Muni T-Third Street line, which stops at the UCSF Mission Bay Station located on Third Street near 16th Street. The meeting location, Genentech Hall, is within a short walking distance from the UCSF Mission Bay Station. There is a trip planner available for public transportation: http://tripplanner.transit.511.org/
For additional transportation directions and parking information, visit UCSF’s transportation page.
Accommodation
CAGI 4 participants must arrange their own accommodation. We will not have a room block and we advise exploring AirBNB for accommodation in addition to traditional hotels. San Francisco has plenty of options for hotels. Below, we have suggested a few for your convenience. When booking your hotel, we recommend that you make sure there is a Muni T-Third Street line station within a short walking distance, so that you can easily reach the conference location. There are limited hotel options within walking distance from the UCSF Mission Bay campus. Accommodation options in Oakland and the East Bay may be cheaper than in San Francisco and are connected to the conference site by public transportation.
